Quaint and impeccably clean hotel, astonishing views of the sea. Stylish and spotless rooms, competent staff in hospitality for many years. Tranquil location, a minute walk from The Regency Town House Museum. Very nice area right by the beach, and public transport.

the room was contemporary and new-fashioned, complete with a below standard condition as well as a double bed.

Great location with public parking if needed and near seafront and shops, and bars, restaurants and shops. Plus, a couple of blocks away from Vivid Palette. A huge and reasonably priced room with bottled water, four poster bed, the grand features of the building's past;))

Cheap, huge room with bedroom, a double bed, as for instance.

Had small issue which was immediately sorted by staff late at night. Staff always on hand and made us a late breakfast when we woke up late.

The room smelt damp and the shower was old and didn't work properly. I didn't expect this from this class of hotel. Other than that, the location was good and the staff were friendly - but I wouldn't want to stay there for a long period of time.

The room was very dated for the price and the breakfast wasnt available until 8.30am which is quite late work people that start work early.

We were close to the beach and enjoyed some amazing cafés nearby. Check-in was easy, and the staff was super friendly. Ideal for a group getaway. Just a heads-up, the place is basic but does the job for a fun stay.
One downside was that the bathroom could use some updates. The fixtures felt old, and it didn't leave the best impression upon arrival.

A nice traditional smaller hotel in a very calm, silent and beautiful neighborhood. Close to the seafront. Very comfortable bed in a very clean room including the bathroom. Nice and friendly serviceminded staff and the tasty english breakfast is served with a morning welcome. I find this hotel as a very good alternative as good value for the money. For me an extra bonus was a lot of sounds from the seagulls and the pidgeons, which occur particular in the evenings and early mornings.
The sounds from the staircases as well as from the nearby gas heating water equipment sometimes became a bit disturbant... but this is probably what you can expect from this type of an old traditional charming building.

Great setting, in a beautiful terrace.
Paper thin walls... Cheap old tv, cheap showerhead & curtain... Some mould in the shower

The hotel's charming decor, reminiscent of a bygone era, really captivated me. The spacious breakfast lounge, with its lovely views over the square, made for a good start to the day, even for my old knees!

Location was great, right on the sea front.
Hotel looking a little tired and dated, Didnt do breakfast as had to leave early, however noticed Tesco Value yogurts in the breakfast fridge, so not feeling like I was going to miss anything special!
